Following an online interview with HR, I unfortunately didn't secure the position due to an unsatisfactory test result. The test is conducted while on Zoom with the interviewers' camera off. I can't help but feel that assessing accounting knowledge for an entry-level graduate role might be somewhat obsolete. As someone who can quickly acquire and adapt to new information, testing my knowledge in a one-time, non-work or non-study scenario may not be the most accurate representation of potential for the role.
