Difficult based on competencies which are hard and most people struggle with them. They let you look at your notes which is good. Lasted the job for 4 months but found it really boring and left.

The interview was a Panel interview at the passport office building with two team managers who you may be working directly with if you are successful at the interview. They asked the same questions i had to fill out in the application but had the chance to elaborate and ask any questions i may have had too
