One 30-min phone interview round, then two 45-min behavioral interviews onsite. Very simple and easy process, the interviewers were all really nice. Not much of a personal aspect to the phone screen, but onsite was friendly enough. This was for a 1-year long internship btw.

I applied online and after about 3-4 weeks I was contacted by the manager who had posted the opening for a 30 Minute Phone Call interview. The interview was very casual and the interviewer expressed the desire to keep the exchange conversational.
