Interview
I applied directly to the company with what I felt was a buzzy and punchy cover letter! I was contacted less than 24 hours later by a friendly lady who told me how much they enjoyed my cover letter and would love to meet me. I was booked in for two days later.
I met the interviewer who was dressed casually and really welcoming. I felt immediately at ease and we walked to a cool room with lego all over the walls.
The interview was informal but so enjoyable. We laughed a lot and I don't remember being asked any really typical interview questions which was nice as I'd interviewed loads lately.
I asked my questions and feel like I got very honest answers from her. She told me all about her experience there.
I could tell throughout the interview that I wasn't what they were looking for because I had zero experience, not even work experience and they needed someone for one of the busiest teams. I wasn't surprised to receive a rejection but I was given helpful feedback.
