They wrote DM and asked if I am interested in job position they are looking for their client. I replied "ok we can talk" and got no response. Happened twice. Then they again approached me with another position and I sent them screenshots with our previous "conversations" (it was always with the same guy) and he replied its fault of his subordinate, because she is using his account... Not professional at all
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at HRK in Mar 2023
Interview
I have been called by a recruiter from HRK regarding a position they were opening. Very professional and fast experience. Had 2 interviews, first with HR verifying skills and experience, second with leadership team regarding position, skills, team management etc. Overall very positive!

Overview of work experience, skills and familiarity with tools throughout previous jobs.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at HRK in Feb 2023
Interview
The recruitment process for an entry-level position (recruitment researcher) was extremely lengthy including five over-the-phone/Teams/in-person conversations spanning about eight hours total + 2 cognitive ability tests to be filled out at home. They did not discuss the salary, except in the first stage when I told them about my expectations. Only after offering me the job did they give the base salary information – HRK offered a national minimum, and they would not negotiate $0 more (talk about how "talent is priceless"). Information about promotion and raise was none, suggesting it would be "dynamic". They also gave me less than 24h to think about the offer, and only at this stage, they said the contract of employment was not possible. They expected me to take care of the legal aspect of opening a business (B2B contract) and start working 48h after calling with the offer. Overall, what the recruiter said to be a 3-step recruitment process became a monthly, 6-step recruitment process. They would probably give you 200% work if you accepted the offer too. Loss of your time, extreme unprofessionalism and disrespect for the candidate. Would avoid it at all cost.
