It was a diversity hiring drive that included two online assessments (OAs) and a behavioral assessment, followed by interviews.
P.S. - The assessments were conducted on college premises
The interview process was relatively easy.
It began with a technical interview, where the interviewer first asked me to introduce myself and talk about my hobbies to help me feel at ease. Then, he moved on to technical questions, which covered Cloud Computing, Projects, DBMS, OOP, one array-based DSA question, and several questions on MySQL. The interview concluded with a tricky puzzle. After that, I was asked to wait for the result to see if I would proceed to the HR interview.
The HR interview felt quite intimidating. The interviewer asked me several questions about the bank’s history and key figures, as well as typical HR questions regarding my family background, preferred location, and more.
After this round, I had to wait 20 days for the final result — and I was thrilled to learn that I got selected.
