A HUB employee called me for an initial interview/to see if I was interested in the position. After, I was emailed the application to fill out. I evenutally had a Zoom meeting with 2 employees I'd be working with and sometime later, another meeting like that. I was not picked for this position but I was offered a different position instead. I met with a president in the company about a week later who verbally offered me the job. I then began the hiring process. Everyone I met with was great, and I didn't feel the interviews were too challenging. However, I applied in the middle of November and did not get my verbal offer until the begining of April. I understand some stuff takes time, but there was no transparency that my interview process would take that long. I received a little explanation once I was hired, but that timeline should've been something that was addressed the minute I started interviewing.

Everyone I interviewed with was very personable and easy to talk to! It really felt like a conversation rather than filling out a list of qualifications. There were no "gotcha" questions, but rather every question felt genuine and geared towards finding the right fit.
