Organized, structured, and concise. I had been reached out via linked in by the HR recruiter, which then led to a phone conversation with the hiring recruiter. Once cleared I had the pleasure to speak to the hiring manager for the sales side for personal lines. This smooth process lasted just about 3 weeks and within one month was my start date as I had already obtained RIBO.
