There were a series of interviews spanning over around a month. Very clear expectations, outreach, and follow-up! They were not worried about my lack of experience, and were more asking questions about me as a person to determine how I might fit into their team.

The interview process went by quick, provided me the opportunity to talk with many potential team members and truly gave an accurate representation of the role I play on my team currently.
