Following an initial interview and an assessment, I was invited to interview with the CEO. The first two stages of the process were great and left me very impressed with the company. This final stage with the CEO however was something quite different. It showed the poor attitude of the CEO towards his employees, and clearly explained the high turnover rate. In addition to this, for a very low London salary, they expect a significant amount of work and informed me that any research that was needed for a case should be completed out of office hours. Unfortunately low salaries are common in this field but the hours this role would entail wouldn’t allow for someone to work privately outside of the employment in order to increase their earnings to a liveable wage.
