The interview is quite good experience. Not too formal interview. Very relaxed and calm. I feel very calm and not so nervous. At first, I thought the HR will interviewed me, actually it is the GM that interviewed me. Although I declined the offer because the wage offered to me not very convincing. Below my expectations.
It was good and easy, made me feel comfortable. It was the actual manager interviewing and not the HR so there were more technical questions rather than. What are your strengths, what are your weaknesses etc
