Thanks for your feedback. The hiring manager for this role is disappointed to read this and has already reviewed the process and interview notes to check what happened. It can be a challenge to manage changing timeframes as we schedule interviews in balance with candidate needs. While we suspect that may have been the case here, we apologise that the timeliness of the update sent was not consistent with what the hiring manager advised.
The reference to selling time was to help give context to our business purpose and what our valued team members do – they carry out many different services, spending time with clients to achieve health goals.
