Replied to a Craigslist posting regarding Sales Manager, was contacted by a Chelsa, who asked if I could come in for an interview. When I arrived the next day, the office looked confused as to why I was there. Chelsa apparently had a "headache" and did not want to perform the interview process, but I was instead interviewed by another. Soon the interview was conducted by a group of three, and I related my extensive experience of which seemed quite positive to the group. In the end I was offered a position and was asked If i needed a two week notice. Chelsa included herself in the final group discussion and I was told that she needed to finish some training before I was to be brought on board and that she would call me in a week, so that I could prepare my 2 week notice. One and a half weeks went by and I heard nothing yet, so I emailed her, without a response. Waited a day and called the number she had provided and asked when training was supposed to begin. Chelsa was rude, bratty, and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and exclaimed that "the position had been filled". I asked for an explanation, and was met with pure indignation and belligerence. I was hung up on rudely as I exclaimed that I was the one who had taken the position. If this is the way HR handles potential clients, I would suggest you find other places to find your business. Avoid this company at all costs.
