Muy largo. Me solicitaron muchas pruebas. Después de echarle tiempo no me volvieron a contactar hasta casi dos meses después. Si quieres ver mi trabajo ya tienes el portfolio y sino siempre existe el periodo de prueba, no sé que necesidad hay de hacer pruebas tan largas y costosas.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Me preguntaron sobre mis gustos personales, mis estudios, en general una entrevista muy básica y “fácil”
At the first stage itself after applying, I was asked to submit a video answer (like a video cover letter) via YouTube. It took time to do it. But after that they didn't respond on the application at all. When I sent an email for an update, then they informed me that I didn't make it further. If I am putting in efforts to make a full video and uploading it on YouTube and everything, you can at least let me know in time that I have been rejected. Or does someone else's time mean nothing?

Question 1
Share a link to a video of you describing why you would be fit for this role and why you chose to apply at Harbiz.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Harbiz
Interview
I applied for the position at the end of November and about two weeks later was invited to complete an online questionnaire which included creating a video. Three weeks later I received an email inviting me to create another video for TikTok/Instagram, a carousel post for Instagram, and to write captions for both posts. One week after that, I received an email stating that they would get back to applicants within the next week...
20 days later I chased them up on their correspondence, and ONE MINUTE after I had sent the email to the hiring manager, I received an email that I had been BCC'd into stating that I, and I'm assuming everyone else that they had forgotten to inform, were unsuccessful.
I am used to completing creative tasks prior to an interview, however to complete two without even having a face to face interview is a little disheartening.
In the future, please remember to inform the applicants that they were unsuccessful, address it directly to them as a curtesy and also consider inviting people to an interview after one creative task....
