Interview conducted by three individuals, most likely different departments (Early Childhood, Children, Adult). There are case scenarios one is to write about after interview. If interviewing for bilingual service coordinator there is an exam via computer and phone for fluency.

What skills would be of benefit in a service coordinator role.
In-person interview with two Client Services Managers. They asked a series of questions. This is a professional interview but the interviewers made it a comfortable environment. References were checked prior to an offer being made.
