The interview process was informal, as I applied to work as a volunteer. I was asked about my background, field of study, and motivation for volunteering. The hospital staff were welcoming and focused on understanding how I could contribute to their team. The whole process was quick and friendly, lasting about 15–20 minutes. No formal testing or paperwork was required beyond basic ID and availability.
