Interview
Very simple they just want to know what's important when it comes to baking and ask if you have a problem working overnights or very early in the morning.
Interview is pretty simple. I was given a tour of the store afterwards. The video training is also pretty new in the format and I liked that i could do them at home.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Harris Teeter (Salisbury, NC)
Interview
You are first interviewed by the dept. manager then followed by a interview by the store manager. The managers are all super friendly and helpful. It was a super easy interview.
