Sat down in an office, did a mouth swab drug test and was asked availability. Then was directed to a computer to complete courses and quizzes. These were interactive and not as boring as they sound.

Interview
Was invited to apply through Snagajob for a hiring event for a new store. Interview was the basic STAR format. Very easy customer service questions. You interview with a customer service manager or store manager. Once you get sent for a drug test, you basically got the job.
