Long process to get hired with Harris Teeter. You will be contacted several times and moved through the system as you complete interviews. The first will be with the regional recruiters and then will eventually move to the district manager of the area.

Described a time that you had a difficult customer that was not happy with their shopping experience and tell me how you help that customer and turned the situation around.

After putting in the online application, I bead a quick phone screen. After that I got a call back to schedule an in person interview with HR personnel. The initial call lasted about 20 mins asking questions about work experience and going over expectations of the job and hours etc

Interview
It was by phone first then in person with hr then maybe at a store. If you get all 3 your in and in a few months youll be running out, but seriously the process was easy really no different than any other retail management position for a soft line or fashion retailer the questions are thw same instead of clothes they say food.
