I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Harrods (London, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
Poor. A lot of time and energy was spent preparing for this interview only to have the interviewer 30 mins late on the day, no updates for 6 weeks only to be rejected by voicemail stating "We will not proceed". Zero feedback was receieved after requested and I found the HR quite dismissive. I understand you may not always be the perfect fit for a role, but the process was rude and outdated.

Question 1
SWOT Analysis to be conducted as well as a Video interview.
Okay, could've been more involved.
Chose someone before me for the position then called and offered it to me - could've been managed better. I declined in light of this, didn't seem too professional
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Harrods (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
Got called by HR after applying online and had a good initial screening and was invited for the interview. Not enough info was provided on where to meet and who would pick me up and conduct the interview.
Interview was very structured and impersonal. But the most frustrating thing was that I had no communication after the interview whatsoever. After 2 weeks I checked in to see if a decision had been made but HR never replied. About 2 month later I got a generic email hat they proceeded with someone more fitting for the role. That is fine but the way the whole process was handled was extremely disappointing for such an illustrated retailer.

Interview
the boy from HR who did my initial interview said he would get back to me but never did. very unprofessional and clearly unorganised especially for a company that raves about how great their employees are.
