This interview took place in 2023. The process was somewhat unusual. It began with an online interview, followed by a request for an onsite interview. On the day of the onsite interview, the main interviewer did not show up. Instead, I was informed that someone else, referred to as XYZ, would be conducting the interview.
The interview began smoothly, and everything was going well until the interviewer asked me how to change the name of an Android app. I explained that it isn’t possible to change an app’s name after it has been installed. However, the interviewer insisted that the app’s package name could be changed post-installation, which is incorrect. The interview ended shortly after that discussion, and I was later informed that I had been rejected.
