I applied online. I interviewed at Hashtag17 in Aug 2020
Interview
I had applied via angellist which had no proper JD (red flag1). Out of curiosity I applied and was surprised to see the attitude from the so-called co-founder of 3 companies that barely even function with tacky websites (red flag2).
Even during the tele interview he was speaking in such a snobbish tone as if the I had no experience of working in a startup (red flag 3).
word of advice to the co-founder: Learn from your mistakes and be humble. You'll never anywhere with that attitude.

Question 1
Did not even get to interview questions while he assumed I did not know how start-ups work!
(I have 4years of working with established startups out of which I am currently responsible for setting up a team of 30+employees in my current company)
I attended many interviews, this one is worst...The interviewer who is taking interview she was googled some questions and asking . They don't see your answer is correct or not they will compare your answer with Googled answer. The worst part is non technical person judges your technical knowledge.

They wl give one sheet to fill ur hobbies, fev movie, quote etc
Worst experience I had in interview, candidates will judge by their fluency in English. If someone can’t speak English in fluently doesn’t mean they don’t have talent, they can’t work. You can’t Jude some ability and talent by just asking some basic questions which was answered to you.
