Interview
I attended a career fair and talked to the guy there just to check it out. Very casual talk/interview. After looking at my resume, he said that he would follow up with a possible internship. That followed with a lot of emails and finally Skype interviews with Senior Managers, then went into the office for more detailed information about the company and the internship.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hays
Interview
Good and friendly interview process where the interviewer wanted to get to know you as a person to see if you suit the team and company culture. I had a positive experience for my interview.
CV Selection, Phone call, Interview, Assessment Centre. They were very diligent and clearly knew what they were looking for. You also had to do some role play and practice exercises. I really enjoyed the experience and it was challenging!
