Interview
I was invited for 30min call with a recruiter by phone (please, have respect to your candidates and do a video call since you take 30 min of their lives). The interview finished within the 10min which was enough for the recruiter to make a decision about my competency and relevancy. I wish I could screen people that fast.
Had one interview by phone but didn't reach an agreement about the contract salary. The offer was not what I was looking for, even for a junior position. The interviewer was very nice.

I had a first interview with HR, then was assigned a case study: identifying IT profiles with different skills, and then finally had an interview with a manager from the board.
