2 step easy simple questions pretty informal one was with the regional director one with the team and one was with the manager which was fairly easy to get past
it was a smooth interview process with quick feedback. I was very pleased with the result. First stage I was invited to the office to meet my future manager and the second was the Director
It was a good process. fairly straight forward to understand and the people were friendly and clear. asked general questions like why the firm, why recruitment, tell us about yourself etc.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Hays (Rio de Janeiro) in Oct 2025
