Depends on your position and your circumstances. Could be via an assessment centre, for more senior roles could just be a face to face interview, and quite a few of them. Very rare for an offer off one interview

2 stage, met with manager and director - spoke about hays, spoke about my background, spoke about some specifics on numbers et cetera. Tried to get me cheap initially, but offered a bit more money in the end
