There were multiple rounds of interviews with different people. Not great pay compared with offers from other companies for my skillset and didn't seem like they treat their employees well.

The interview process is seamless and straightforward. Questions are relevant to experience and PR knowledge, the company culture seems great, and the interviewers did a great job of gauging suitability and parallel skills while remaining easy going about gaps in experience or knowledge.
