I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Health Out Loud in May 2022
Interview
It’s very personal and more like a conversation! There’s a panel interview and application part. People in the panel will be in your field usually so they’ll ask specific questions to your role. There’s lots of opportunities to share so don’t worry about answering perfectly. You can add something at the end or by email. They also focus on you knowing them. Lots of space to ask questions to them. They email throughout the whole process, I was impressed by constant updates between stages. They were very open about anything like hours, tasks, salary, flexibilities possible

Interview
Probably the worst interrogation style interview I've ever had, which is ironic considering this is for a health charity.. It was 4 years ago and I still think about it now and then because of how the experience scarred me. A panel of 4 people systemically only asking technical questions for an internship position straight out of school. They then assigned a design task which I finished and sent and they never got back to me. I even followed up a few times by email because who does that? Unethical, unprofessional and frankly bizarre behaviour. As if job hunting during COVID wasn't bad enough. I have never felt so disrespected during and after an interview. Please don't apply here if even if you're desperate. They're just looking for free advice on their designs.

Interview
I applied in the summer and they basically never got back to me even though they sent at least 2 emails stating they will get back to every applicant and will be holding interviews first week of September. I have no idea if they hired people at all and they never responded to my emails even when they said they would.
