The recruiter called and asked if I would come in for an interview. The recruiter did not ask any questions. I arrived at the appointed time and met with the hiring manager. The Manager did not seem to be engaged at all an only asked three questions.

Recruiter interview & explained the interview process, solid screening questions, and set expectations for moving forward. Ghosted. Sent 2 follow-up thank you emails expressing my continued interest in the position and nothing.
