I spent weeks interviewing with Healthequity, they presented a salary range to me during the interview that was acceptable so I decided to move forward in the interview process. I went through weeks of interviewing and then when the offer was presented it was significantly less than what had been presented to me during the interview process. I was extremely disappointed and felt disrespected by the entire process, I wasted time and energy interviewing for a company I thought I would like to be a part of and was presented a salary that wasn't livable for me. Had this salary been presented to me accurately in the beginning of the interview process I would have respectfully declined and saved myself hours of company research, interview prep, and actual interview time. Throughout the process I drove a large majority of the outreach, follow up, and scheduling. I was ghosted for an interview and didn't receive an explanation until two days later. All in all, this was an extremely negative experience. The company did not put their best foot forward and did nothing to assure a potential employee that they were organized, had a handle on what their finances are, or respected the time and effort from a candidate. If you interview with this company make sure to press for REAL salary estimates before you waste your time interviewing for a salary they won't follow through on.
