Interview
The interview process was disorganized and slow. Had multiple instances of the hiring manager not showing up to the scheduled interview or showing up 15-20 minutes late. Over half the interviewers didn't show up to the panel interview, and those that did asked multiple odd questions unrelated to the job or my resume.
One interviewer seemed to have someone else's resume as they repeatedly referenced experience and organizations that were not on mine. Another interviewer questioned my experience and suggested that I hadn't actually performed the job in question.
Overall, not a pleasant or professional interview experience.

Lengthy. They need to cut down on the amount of the interviews. They seemed disorganized. They didn't have answers for what a career path would be. Hopefully, we can redefine this process in the future.
