Interview
I found out about this job position from a recruiting agency. They emailed me the job description and described the position in more detail. The recruiter helped match me with a position that fit was I was looking for. Once she sent my resume over to HearingLife, the recruiter let me know the date and time of the interview and who I would be speaking with. It was a 30 minute zoom interview. After that, the recruiter reached out to me to extend the offer of the position.

Interview
At First it was a zoom call pretty simple process just went over my experience and then there was a 2nd in person interview about a week later then in a couple days i got a call with a job offer.
I received a response to my application promptly. I had a super quick chat with the regional manager on the phone, then was quickly scheduled for an in person interview with the doctor I would be working for. We had a great conversation. I say conversation because I did not feel I was being interviewed. It was such a nice twist compared to other interviews.
