I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hearth Management (Branford, CT)
Interview
I am speaking on my experience based on my interview in October 2019. The interview process was very straightforward. It was definitely a comfortable setting. I know interviews can sometimes feel intimidating but I didn't feel nervous being there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hearth Management (Southbury, CT) in Aug 2019
Interview
Three interviews- first is a video interview with a recruiter via Teams. Second on site with director where they ask a series of questions about management style and background and give you a tour and the last is with a regional person who reviews all of the materials and asks close to nothing and does not have much knowledge about the facility you are interview for. (also via Teams) Each of these are at least an hour and then they explain to you how the job process and payroll are all manual and never talk about salary or expectations...if you don't hear from them for weeks and follow up they are not very responsive.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Hearth Management (Branford, CT) in Mar 2018
Interview
In person and phone. Met with executive director who has last say in the process. Typical sales probing questions. They were not transparent concerning the selling process. Candidate beware. Robotic, hard sell sales approach..
