It took about three weeks, there was an initial phone interview with the owner, essay questions, then a second phone interview with the owner and the person I'd be working with, and finally an interview with the staff without the owner.

Multiple phone interviews, as well as interviews with the team. CEO seemed a bit incompetent, but the rest of the employees were warm and welcoming. Overall I think the company is ok, management needs ALOT of improvement and needs to focus on treating his employees like he cares about them.
