The CEO Ali gave me a call personally and asked about my educational, personal and technical background, it was a short phone call about 30 mintues, I was then being informed a week a later with a job offer.

Interview
Was suddenly emailed and asked to hop on a zoom meeting within 5 minutes. The interview was nice, and focused more on my background experience and project work, no technical coding questions.
It was a 30 min video call. He asked general questions. We also went over my portfolio and discussed some of my past projects. He also gave showed me a company design and asked for feedback.
