I had a really bad experience interviewing here. First, I go in and in the first 5 seconds of meeting 2 of the interviewers one of them goes "RELAX!!!" when I was already relaxed. Her saying that made me self-conscious and no longer relaxed. Already unprofessional. They ask me about my experience and I answer, also including some of the HR Analytics work I've done. They ask me why I like HR and I talk about that. Then come the next 2 interviewers. They were super dry and stone-cold. Like if they hated me already by just saying hi to me. I get asked the same questions, and throughout the whole thing one of them looks so angry like she wants to punch me. Anyway I already knew I wasn't going to get the job but what bothered me was their feedback. They told my recruiter they didn't want me because I seemed nervous and they didn't want someone who "lacked EQ". They also said I didn't seem interested in that specific job, even though I spoke so much about my passion for HR. They also said that I belong in a Tech or Finance company. Yep, they insulted my social skills just because they made me feel uncomfortable, and they insulted my dream to be in a nonprofit because they can't comprehend how someone could enjoy both Analytical work and HR work. Overall awful experience and I can already tell the multiple bad reviews about HR are all likely true. Stay away from this place.
