I had a really great experience interviewing with HelpFlow for the Executive Assistant role. I applied and heard back within a couple of days. The assessment they sent was clear, easy to understand, and actually felt relevant to the job.
All of my interviews were scheduled on time, and the communication throughout the process was smooth. The questions they asked were practical and tied directly to what the role requires, which made the conversations feel genuine rather than scripted.
What I appreciated most was how transparent and professional everyone was. They kept me updated, followed up when needed, and made the whole process feel respectful and well-organized.

There wasn’t really a face-to-face interview. They ask you to do a couple of assessments and also record a video of yourself on Vimeo answering some questions. If you get declined for the role, ensure that you change your video’s privacy from public to only you to protect your privacy.
