It was a bit casual; the interview time had already passed. They didn't seem very interested, and interviewer has an Indian accent.It was more like a casual chat; wasn't nervous.
I had 3 interviews. The first one with the HR, the second one with the correspondant área, the third one with the Founder. The founder entered the meeting 10 minutes late, and just gave 10 minutes of his busy schedule. 2 weeks after they tell me they decided the leave the position uncovered, they wasted my time and others. The people were nice to me but I believe you should have a clear decisión before posting a Job vacancy.
