I was called by a recruiter, passed a screening and then called in for an in person interview. I thought the interview went well and thought I would be called in for another one. A week of radio silence passed so I called and emailed to follow up. More radio silence. After another week or two, I tried again and finally learned that they went with an internal candidate. It would have been nice to at least let me know what was going on instead of not responding or following up at all.
