I had an interview with an Assistant principal and a teacher. I was greeted by the door. Whole process took 10 minutes. Low energy from the interviewers. Seems like they had somebody in mind .
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Heritage Academy (Longmeadow, MA) in Feb 2016
Interview
First round was phone interview, one person, next round was skype session. Response time really delayed. Had another job offer before process was completed even though that process began after Heritage. There seemed to be disconnect between timeline and follow through.
