I was interviewed by the manager, the physician I was to work for, and the nurse I was taking the place of. It was an organized interview. They ensured I was qualified and willing to stay for at least a few years, due to continuity. It was pretty brief, but to the point. I was allowed to shadow in office, which was helpful for my decision.
