The interview process was in three stages - a short phone interview with an HR person, a 10-minute virtual interview with one of the managers, where my skills and experience were reviewed, and an in-person interview with the founder of the company, where I finally learned about the details of the position and was given space to ask questions. A few days later I received an offer over the phone, but because the role was quite different from the original job posting, I declined the offer.
