You simply take a test and if you do well on the test then you pretty much have the job. If you work through a staffing agency you might have to submit to a drug screen which could either be a urine analysis test or a mouth swab test. In some cases you might have to go through a one-on-one interview with someone where they simply want to try to get to know you and your ambitions.
