Good process. Dont seem to know how things will change when the investors take over. Fairly neutral. canned questions some personal convo but pretty easy. Nice enough I guess explained the role but you never know until you get started what that actually means. Not sure bringing investor relations into interview is wise capitalizing on uncertain changes

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hexure (Monte Video) in Jun 2025
Interview
Easy to schedule via email. HR recruiter made the process smooth. This was after the ATS / bot-screen kicked me. I emailed to highlight that I had been referred in to the company. Zoom / TEAMS. As seems to be commonplace in Corporate lately, I never heard back from anyone at the company.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hexure (Colorado City, CO) in Jul 2025
Interview
The process was smooth. There were 3 interviews in total. First one was a phone interview with a recruiter, who's really nice and shared a lot of details of the company. The second one was with 2 team members asked you to walkthrough a case study, with some questions follow up. They were all very nice and friendly.
