Interview
Video meeting for culture fit, design questions, and a test. I was clearly not the first, and interviewers seemed less than excited to be there. Test was not particularly difficult and readable, but lack of communication and declining to provide feedback after test is certainly worth mentioning.

I had two rounds of interview (one with the recruiter and the second one with my potential leads), both interviews were very pleasant. Also, the communication by email was quick.
