Hey Digital interview questions

The process consists of 3 interviews and a paid task, I didn't get to the end but I did 2 interviews and the task - they give you feedback and answer quickly.

1st interview: initial screening. 2nd phase: candidates receive a paid design assignment with 4 hours to complete. After submitting it, they are required to record a Loom video presenting their work. Although I wasn’t selected for the role, Hey Digital communicated with great empathy throughout the process. When sharing their decision, they also provided clear feedback on what worked well in my assignment and where it could have been stronger — which is already more than most companies offer.
