"This is a sweat shop looks like a big show off.Almost 100% attendance on weekend for interviews.Nothing wrong in that but people were more busy eating out free stuff and gossiping. They were aboosing each other so casually trying to show how cool they are,but that was really duuumb. Lets come to interview,TOTAL CONFUSED PANELISTS about what they are looking for and what they want.They will call all IITians,NITians and waste there whole weekend.Calling people with core development profile and expecting them to work a total different profile. A BIG NO TO PEOPLE WHO ARE TECHIE OR EVEN IF IN YOUR LIFE YOU HAVE WRITTEN a+b=c program.You won't FIT in this company.

Got a call from recruiter for the L1 Interview , i attended the interview which was technical and managerial with 2 interviewers , the interview went well i answered all the questions with more than 1 hr of interview , only not able to give 2 question answeres , but they we're not in mood to hire , simply wasted my time , by this i can guess how the atmosphere of the company is
