Very straightforward and understanding. You meet with manager and other colleagues. Go over your projects and experiences. Engineers test your skills. Importance to personality. I really liked the interview process. It was in person. The first round was online.

Leadership team needs lots off coaching. Very immature in terms of interviewing process. They also have unqualified recruiters trying to recruit for VP roles. You can't have batista recruiting for exec positions. Wrong in all aspects
