Highland Park Housekeeping interview questions

Get to know you phone call, formal interview in office maybe followed by shadowing and an offer. They say on the job description salary is negotiable, it is not. They emphasize commission on top of base salary, then cannot clearly answer the commission structure. No PTO for the first year makes them not a competitive employer. Job itself sounded like a perfect match for me, but too many red flags for a newer, smaller company.
