A phone screen from the recruiter, then the hiring manager interviews candidates to narrow down the choices. The final candidates are panel interviewed by other managers. Then finally the top two candidates are brought in four a tour and panel interview with department staff.

Was asked a few basic questions such as my strengths and scenario based questions. Was overall a lovely experience and very nice interviewer. Was told I needed to send references and could move on to the next step. Took about a month in total

The interview process was pretty straight forward. "tell me about a time when" type questions. If you've been a nurse for a while it shouldn't be a stretch to answer them. Overall a really pleasant experience.
